If you’re new to panthenol products, it basically contain tiny needles that makes scars on your skin and helps the re-generation of the skin as it heals.This one is by far my best panthenol products I’ve used among k-beauty products.Tingling is bearable. I also like how its light weight in the ample, not too heavy or oily.Normally I use it around twice a week.I like using some kind of soothing cream to help relax my skin.
