A: I believe this is made in Fishers, Indiana 46038.  Richard Goren Enterprises,LLC.

**Q: How would this dig through rocky soil - some the size of of a large egg?**
A: It will be difficult. I hit rocks planting acorns on my recently harvested forest area. I would move the location to drill until it worked.
