However, I didn’t know that they would be be another layer inside. Therefore, whilst these 👖look lightweight and designed for summer, the extra layer inside makes it not really for summer. These 👖arrived badly creased so this was a turn off. Even better, the leg length was perfect and I almost NEVER find trousers in the right leg length for me. The colour, the "Red", is much more like a bright coral or terracotta/orange. I suppose it's like those roof tiles they have in the Mediterranean when they're brand new.What I like about these is the waistband which is substantial and makes them feel good. It reminds me that I do have a waist, despite being a larger lady! Also I like the "liner" inside, which is like a trouser equivalent to a short petticoat and covers your behind - so no VPL. They are an elegant cross between a maxi skirt and trousers with such wide leg widths, like full length culottes, really. I like them very much and will certainly feel good as I go about wearing these in the summer.There is only one thing "wrong" with these trousers, and that is that the material creases incredibly easily. While it is soft and they are deliciously comfortable to wear, you only have to sit down for a while for there to be creases in the material which do not drop out when you get up again!
