Please contact us directly for further assistance. **Q: How are you supposed to hang this on an angled wall without creating a custom bracket, as only one set of screws will bite into the stud?** A: You actually cannot if the ceiling is sloping down as the hyped up "tilt" of the mount itself will make the TV face more toward the ground than at an upright viewable angle. You will have to either use blocks to level the back half of the mount or use some heavy duty hanging wire/bolts/etc... to suspend the back half to make it level with the front. This is a very important piece of information the sellers seem to go to great lengths to obfuscate by touting the mounts ability to tilt. It would be helpful to know that the tilt is only helpful with a ceiling slanting up. **Q: What space in height does this device take up folded and without the TV?** A: Hello, Thank you for your interest in our product. Don’t even bother buying their products. They try and screw you out of the warranty time to get out of it replacing anything I am within two years of my warranty that’s supposed to be three years and conveniently they’ve lost my order details so they can’t prove the warranty so don’t bother the items break the remote control suddenly don’t bring your TV down from the ceiling and your left absolutely screwed Then Amazon, tell you to go to the seller and they tell you to go to Amazon absolute waste of money. I paid a lot of money to get it fitted properly onto a joist in my loft as well and within two years now it’s useless and my TV stuck on the ceiling. I’m going to Trading Standards..!
