I would say the 5x would fit up to about a size 20 depending on shape and etc of body. The skirt is super short but I guess that's what they were going for. My only complaint is that the arm holes on the top are not stretchy in the least bit so you better have some skinny arms! I would say a pretty average arm would fit in the 5x sleeve.
