Totally worth every penny. Washing comes out fantastic. We are a large family of six four teenage boys myself and wife this machine does it all with brilliant results. My self and two of my boys suffer with skin problems the water softener salt system works. We live in a hard water area and the water is chalky no problem with this machine. The salt you use is the same for the dishwasher so no problem with getting hold of that. The steam system works we also washed duvets single and covers and again results brilliant. Nice big drum, washin programmes are very easy to use, nice little short melody beeping instead of the constant loud beep, beep you get on other washing machines. The electric power consumption is very low with great washing result. AEG claim on the oko power wash which is 30c gives results of a 60c and I can definitely confirm that. This machine is also quiet well built come with five-year parts and labour guarantee. Our previous machine was a Bosch top end that only came with 2 years and you guessed it after that it packed up and that was a £700 machine Bosch excuse was and literally told me this the machine didn't last because we were a more than average user. One load a day is what we use so we spent our money on another brand and so glad we did.
