The Velcro is strong-gripping and securely sewed in, thick inner padding Is comfortable around the ankle, doesn’t slide/move around although it is only glued together though so we’ll see how durable this part of the design will be. Still able to comfortably and effectively do weighed standing cable kick backs, in addition to the hip abd/adduction. These are my gym babies now, always in my gym bag. Def feel the glute medius working much harder w these. The strap going beneath and behind the foot makes it is Easier to externally rotate at the hip a bit and angle back/sideways slightly without my calf/hamstring muscles Kicking in. So when I saw on Instagram that they came out with a new strap for abductor and adductors, I wanted to try it (These are exercises that I sorely neglect and need to pick up on).The straps came in this week, and my coach and I (I'm prepping for a Figure Show at the moment) got to check them out! I tried them on my own today, and I am loving it so far. I'll definitely be asking my coach to incorporate them into our routines on leg day.First off, it straps on easily just like the Kickback Pros. The cushioning on the inside of the strap is thicker and makes it comfortable. I'm an average person trying to stay healthy and keep things high and tight, especially since I have my wedding coming up. I wanted some help to get my inner thighs toned and thought this is the time to invest in some equipment for myself.I researched ankle straps on Amazon and cross referenced IPR Fitness on their IG page. I know they're ankle straps and wanted to see what the difference were to regular ones. I saw how others incorporated them into their workouts and the users appeared to move easily while targeting their inner thighs. I've used regular ankle straps and the hard part is your focus wasn't on your workout so much, its finding that sweet spot when working out. So you're kind of feeling your way through the motion which can be time consuming and occasionally uncomfortable. Remember, I'm a regular person, not an expert.After further research and reviewing on my part, I purchased the Iso Thigh PRO. Upon first use I could immediately tell how much more comfortable it was to use them and how smoothly my workout went. I felt like I went through my workout much faster due to the level of comfort. In addition, I could feel how my inner thighs were targeted as I felt that burn during the workout and after which I didn't feel too much of using regular ankle straps. Could it be due to my form? Yes, possibly.
