The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I felt beneficial defects when I first started taking them but commuting between two locations while moving, I kept forgetting to take them along - so was unable to give them a proper full-month trial. Based on my initial results and research into the components, I see no reason to not give it a full 5 stars, other than the price.
