Try sprinkling on cottage cheese, and man you have a kicking side dish. I know the family that makes this blend together as a family, and it is sanitary in all respects. But what they don't brag about is Dadi's Masala supports a school serving children from all cultures, helping kids to thrive where public schools have failed. Dadi's is not charity, you get a fabulous all-round spice for a great price, but the bonus is supporting something worthwhile--giving kids a shot at a wonderful future.
