Really appreciate the prompt effort to remedy the situation. I would recommend just based on the customer service experience alone. I had this item for less than 6 months (with what I’d consider very little use), and it has completely stopped working. New bulb didn’t help either. Liked the style and felt it worked well when it was working, but frustrated that it didn’t last long at all.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! The white and gold are super pretty and looks great with her decor.
