They have a film on them that you need to remove so they might appear not shiny, when you first see them, but you just peel the film off and they are like little mirrors. They are adorable! They stuck well and were easy to use. Had ansolutely no problem with them sticking. In fact, I was able to reposition some when I needed to (gently-they can break, if you are not careful). Peeling off the outside film is sometimes a tiny bit tricky, but slide the pad of your finger up from the bottom or sides a few times and it will peel off easier.
