I thought wearing a reflective vest would look doofy while on a walk/run, so instead I got these Velcro reflective bands. They do the job I want and don't make me feel stupid wearing it. I am 6' 2" 230lbs and I wear them on my upper arm/biceps and it looks good. The bands in the bicep position fit just right (the Velcro is in the furthest position it goes -- at the edge of the strap -- but hangs on securely, with about 2 inches of Velcro surface). It does not fit around my thigh (even though it can stretch slightly) but it does fit below knee/top of calf. It fits fine around my wrists or ankles, and the material doesn't bother my skin (it's not scratchy or irritating) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality and very secure *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2018* Having been a cycle last for 15 years, I’ve used every type of pant leg strap, clip, bandanna you could think of. These have an extended length secure Velcro closure to go as tight or lose as needed for any trouser leg you wear. Very bright eye catching color in addition to the reflective strip. I ride a recumbent trike in cold weather. My pant leg allows cold air ingress. I’ve used these straps to keep warmer on those 40 degree days.
