Product tasted far better than expectation. I have tried too many high protein supplement bars that were either loaded with sugar to taste good or tasted like they were over-dehydrated hard to palate pucks. These taste like chocolate mint brownies. Soft almost moist texture. I was gladly surprised by how good they taste. It also helped to stave off cravings that I normally had to snack. I know there are higher protein options out there but I am not a person trying to bulk up. I just wanted to try something to stay healthy. I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian, I like meat and I also like vegetarian food. That said, I paused when I saw this is a vegan mix since I have never really had vegan anything other than a vegan jello I liked. This really does taste like it is supposed to and the texture is also very palatable. I am definitely going to buy more. Edit: I just found out there is a 3 box package. That deal is slightly better, as I am buying a large quantity at once so it does save money.
