Review: Turned out to be oversized. - Turned out to be over sized, I thought it will stick to my body and an xl size shirt will be enough to cover it, even a XXL shirt is not fitting loose over the vest. Fits well. Been useful especially for reducing my backache and improving the strength. I have a pinched nerve and need to develop strength in my back. Particularly like the inner lining preventing chafing. One problem is the velcro hooks (the tiny ones in the hard side) in the straps seem to be coming off at an alarming rate. I'm worried that the velcro might stop working after a while.
