I received this product through the Amazon Vine program.These Blackout Curtains by Cyancloud are exactly what I needed. I have some west-facing windows that get a lot of sun. The longer days mean that the room is lit until quite late and this affects my evening TV viewing. This product is made from a polyester fabric that is black on one side and silver on the other. You get a fabric measuring tape, a marking pen and a fabric cutter tool in the package. They also provide more then a sufficient amount self-adhesive velcro strips to install the curtain. I think there are enough strips to make at least 2 curtains. I am very pleased that the product blocks 100% of the light, just as they have claimed. The cut edges seem to hold together very well without fraying. I will update this review in the future to report how they are standing up. This product is thinner then others I have used and has a slight smell for a short while after you open the package. The major advantage in favour of this product is that one side is silver and therefore reflective of heat. This version has the printed star pattern makes it more interesting and kids would probably like it, but there are non-printed versions as well.Overall, this seems to be a good quality product and worthy of a 5 star rating.
