I originally bought a pair in 2020. My original intention was to only wear them for when I would get really sweaty in the gym and so not want to wear more pricey sports shorts I have. But since then I have used these for all sorts of workouts and runs, even up to ultra marathon distance trail runs in all weathers. They're lightweight, the elastic waist keeps them up in all situations. They don't have any inner layer or lining as you sometimes get with running shorts, which makes these ones ideal for when you know the weather will be warmer. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about the sizing. I would always go for a Small in shorts and underwear, as I did with these, and the fit is absolutely spot on.
