My daughter cannot have gluten & it is extremely difficult to find (or make) a great tasting seasoned flour that isn't gritty. I use this for all kinds of meat, but it especially our favorite to use for making chicken strips. It is cheaper to buy this in bulk onAmazon! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit on the salty side.... *by H***N on November 11, 2020* I used this seasoning flour with my Ninja Foodi set on air crisp function. First I soaked the chicken pieces in buttermilk and then coated them with this flour. I sprayed the floured chicken with oil and air crisped it. The results weren't perfect. The chicken overcooked before the flour even browned. I'll have to work on my technique.Taste-wise, this flour is a bit salty and the salt overpowers any other seasoning. Next time I will try to use a bit less and see if the flavor balances out. This flour might work better in combination with low salt panko, but then it wouldn't be gluten free...My results were not like the photograph on the box.
