I think the recipe is called the Geo Method. Google it. After emptying the black tank put 3 capfuls of Calgon and 3 gallons of water. Let it sit or drive around, then flush out. Seems to be keeping it from smelling, but we only go #1 in ours, and never any toilet paper. Never empty your black tank and let sit completely dry, especially if you go #2 in there.
