## Description

The SALAV X3A Commercial Full-Sized Garment Steamer is the latest in steamer technology from SALAV. It has an improved boiler system and a powerful 1800 watts of steam that is great for both residential and commercial use. The extra large 3 liter capacity water tank allows an hour and a half's worth of steam time, and the foot pedal power control is a very convenient way in turning the unit on. It also features a dual-insulated woven hose with a brass connector, and a heavy duty aluminum plated steam nozzle. The 360 degrees swivel hanger with hanger clips is also great in securing up to 6 garments at the same time. What’s in the box: Fabric Brush and Pants Press Attachment, 2 hanger clips.

**Q: What type of water should I use on my steamer?**
A: We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).

**Q: The steam is weak**
A: The X3A is a commercial garment steamer model with 1800 watts of powerful steam. Please make sure to connect it to an outlet by itself with no other appliances. Make sure that the outlet can support 1800 watts.

**Q: I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.**
A: The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.

**Q: The water leaks from the steamer.**
A: Please make sure that the water tank cap is securely attached to the water tank. If it's not attached correctly, the water will not drain properly and would leak.

**Q: How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer?**
A: The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose to the unit. Hold the hose from the base and twist it clockwise in 2 full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull the hose up to make sure it's tightly secured before using the steamer.
