Even though I'm told it is.Case in point.The ad photos show that the (3) mounting brackets are welded to the bars. The product description even says that they are welded. What was sent to me, is not. (See photo with the red circle.)The sent instructions have you mounting each plate to the bar with bolts and washers. The instructions don't say which bolts to use. So it's a guessing game and I think my box came missing half of the bolts.Once you can get all of that figured out, you have (6) bolts that hold the full bar setup to the vehicle's body. This means that the body is holding the weight, not the frame.The ease of putting these rails on, a 7 out of 10. It is a "Plug & Play", once you can figure it all out.I did have one side on long enough to step on it.. When I put my body weight on the rail, it gave way. (I'm not heavy by any means @155lb) I took the side off and said no more. I'm not going to have something on my vehicle that is not safe, even though I followed their instructions.The end caps came broken. Their a plastic plug, but if their broken and missing, then the bars are pretty much rusted out before you can even start.Am I happy about this, NO.Will I get my money back, NO. It costs more to ship them back, than they are worth.Will I recommend these to someone else.
