Comes with plastic hangers and joining strips so easier to remove and clean behindDon`t think it was all that expensive.. **Q: can it be fitted on a curved wall in a bay?** A: I would say difficult. Although the plastic stays come in 300mm lengths and will provide junctions to turn the angle to take the curve, the RADFLEX aluminium sheets are not designed to be flexible to take in the curved profile. However, the sheets come in standard widths of 1200mm and they may be fixed individually by cutting to size to fit within the curve. The most important thing to check before you invest in thius system is the positions of the radiator brackets. They have to be at the top end of the radiator and not towards the middle. Quite a lot of the old radiators have the fixing brackets towards the middle and this system is not suitable for them. I was aware of the limited effect for cavity wall insulated properties, but thought its better than nothing to try. Easy to install, the hardest part is measuring and cutting then you have only 1 chance to stick the sheets together, might need a second pair of hands to help. Either way took about 30 mins to install all 3, was fortunate that the 1 sheet I cut strips of for the larger radiators, fit perfectly to the smaller one. Big difference in wall temperature before and after. Heat reflected will go back into the radiator and thus lower energy to maintain a fixed temperature or help heat the room a bit. One room temperature is noticeably warmer, which I think is because of the lack of insulation in the wall the radiator is attached. (dorma window box). The pack claims 1 year to break even for non insulated walls, so even 2-3years would be worth it. Product is a thick sheet of foil, comes with plastic clips to make the radiator bracket rests and keep foil straight. Sticky foil strips for extending the length. All in the instructions , very easy to follow, just need a "sharpee" type pen, tape measure, strong scissors and some way to record the lengths between brackets and a floor space to lay it out. Instead of sticking to the wall, It comes with plastic clips which simply slide on to the foil and sit on the top of the brackets behind the radiator. My brackets run from top to bottom but I simply made a cut from the bottom up and it fits beautifully.
