This is a real review! Junk, Do Not Buy! *by S***D on July 20, 2024* First, I have been in IT for over 25 years. I generally use another brand that starts with Ub...., but the price and claim of 867Mbps in the title got me. I needed to point to point to go to an outbuilding I have so this looked like a great option. Well, it's not. The units use 24v POE versus 48/54 like most POE switches put out so you have to use their included injectors or plug in the power brick to the unit. Or, you could get some 48v to 24v converters which was my option. Well, that didn't work because one of the units won't work with the network cable only powering it, so I have to use the power brick plugged into the unit, which is not a possibility for most anyone. The other unit didn't work that way and worked as it should. So, I ran the power in a test situation to power everything up in their actual locations and the units wouldn't pair up. My run is about 2000 feet with a clear shot. So, I took the units and set them up next to each other and they still wouldn't link up. I tried resetting them, no go. I sure wish I could have got them working so I could test their 867Mbps speed claim, one which is impossible to achieve over the 100mbps network. There is no way to get over 100Mbps on a 100Mbps connection.
