I do a lot of walking & cycling, and usually wear a

   on my back.  Unfortunately, with the heat from my back and if it is a sunny day, the water soon warms up and I end up drinking quite warm water, which is not something I enjoy when I am parched.These little beauties sit in your freezer until needed and I also keep a jug of

   in the fridge so I can fill the reservoir and add the Ice Balls at the same time.  Usually they keep the water cool for around four to six hours.They also fit into a 

  
1.5L Stainless Steel Food Flask









  
  
    
   and keep drinks cool for up to twelve hours, which is useful for picnics and days out.

Disappointed not to find them to be stainless steel (or something similar) as I thought they would be from the pic. They just don't seem to stay frozen for very long. But they do keep the drink fairly cold (eventually). I do need to look for something else though, this item does not do exactly what I want.
