I took it out today with 45 pounds of tool kits and a few dumbbells, and I was practically running. After fitting it to my torso, the rest of the adjustments are super quick and convenient (easy to do while hiking too). Between the comfort, weight distribution, and the stability of the whole thing I shaved a whole minute off the same 3 mile route I have been practicing. I will definitely use this pack when I camp and explore the continental divide trail this summer and I cannot wait! I will be purchasing the rain cover, but for the price the pack was, the separate purchase is not bad.
