My batter was a bit more moist than it usually would be - but that ended up being a big plus. The bottom plate of my waffles iron heats up hotter than the top plate. I put the batter on the bottom plate and close the lid. Then leave it to cook for 6 minutes. Then I flipped the waffles and line up the depressions and close the lid and let it cook for another 2 minutes. They come out just wonderful. Highly recommend!

This Cassava Flour is very fine. I made a batch of waffles with it and they came out crispy and full of flavor.
