Love this stuff. It’s easy to swallow, no nasty repeating on you like cod liver oil. Very mild buttery taste. Haven’t noticed a difference in my dry skin on my hands and feet yet which is why I started taking this, but no joke my memory is getting better. I’m starting to remember things from years go. Is it the oil?...I’d recommend this to anyone, it’s the real potent stuff. Might be pricier than most but it’s the quality that makes this a cut above the rest.
