I use it in marinades, stews, spag bog and similar. It is rich, salty and sweet all in one. If used as a dip, you would not need a lot. It’s a bit like a thick sushi soy. Hope this helps. **Q: Once opened, how long does it last?** A: Had mine for months now and still fine. Expiry date is 12/2020 so had a good shelf life when it arrived.
