The Louisville 7 foot versatile, all-purpose, nonconductive combination ladder converts quickly from a step ladder to a push-up extension ladder able to support 375 pounds, ansi type iaa rated. It features new and advanced heavy duty impact resistant shoes with bonded non-marring tread, inside spreader braces with wrap-around mechanism, new non-marring end caps to protect the work surface, step rung lock to secure the fly section, this ladder also includes a web pole grip to allow the stability to lean safely against poles. The Louisville FXC1207 fiberglass combination ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ansi, CSA, and OSHA.

They are equally stable whether used as a step ladder or as an extension ladder. And it only takes seconds to go from step ladder to extension. (Tip: Keep the slides lubed and it will extend up and down with much less effort.) The orange pole strap at the top is a nice addition and makes the ladder very stable when leaned up against a pole or corner of a building. Only downside is that these ladders are a little heavy. That is the sacrifice you offer up for the versatility and stability you get. Put a cap over your man bun and tote it like you hand fell 50 acres of mountain timber last week. You'll be fine. If you are on the fence about one of these, go ahead and get it... You won't regret it.

These are excellent ladders. I have 7' and 8' versions, and I love them. They are equally stable whether used as a step ladder or as an extension ladder. And it only takes seconds to go from step ladder to extension. (Tip: Keep the slides lubed and it will extend up and down with much less effort.) The orange pole strap at the top is a nice addition and makes the ladder very stable when leaned up against a pole or corner of a building. Only downside is that these ladders are a little heavy. Im 6'3" and about 320. I needed a ladder to get up and around my house but couldnt find one that supported my size locally. This ladder is rather expensive, but for me its worth the cost. Very solid, and I can now reach every nook and cranny on my home. And I dont have to worry about falling down because I exceed the ladder specs. Really glad I bought this!
