But if you have old style tubers, this will seem fast. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Light - With a slight delay *by C***G on January 22, 2018* Pro: Great Light output, Great color consistency, Easy install Con: Small delay on start Great Light output (even in the cold garage). Does require removing the ballast, but that is a simple process for anyone with even basic electrical knowledge. The only drawback I found is that there is a 1+ second delay from when the light switch is flipped to when the lights come on. Overall the delay is not bad, but when you are used to the light instantly popping on when you flip the switch, there is just enough time for you to question if there is a problem. See video for an idea.
