Review: Miracle healer - This drink is a miracle healer for my IBS and reflux. I have had GERD with IBS for over a year and nothing seemed to work. My symptoms were so severe that I had to use the toilet 5 mins after every meal sometime even during meals. The cramps and pain were so horrible that I had to lay in bed for 4 hours sometime. **Q: Does this help with weight loss**
A: Although the Aloe Berry Nectar and/or other gel drinks are aan integral part of the C9 Diet & Detox Plan, they are not In normal usage, it is only a small quantity taken each day, which wouldn't really act as a dietary supplement.
It is more about how the gel drinks 'oil the wheels' of many inner body functions, including digestion.
In my own experience of taking the gel drinks, I would say it helped my general well being, it certainly gave me a sense of better skin hydration, softer skin, and any dry skin or hard skin patches seemed to clear away.
By the pure act of taking a healthy supplement, I also thought and acted differently about my diet, and this in turn had beneficial results.
Personally I would say that you should feel better about yourself for moving towards a healthier dietary regime, but I wouldn't expect any weight loss from drinking gel alone.

Good for your health, the package gets all soggy and leeks. It was beet when the used the plastic bottles as now the rim of lid is soggy.
