I had it assembled in 10 minutes, it was only like 5 pieces all of the parts lined up perfectly. I get a ton of compliments on this chair and everyone asks me where I got it from. Its soft velvety material and has the most beautiful vintage pink color. I had an issue after my refund time had expired where there was a small tear on the seat. I reached out to the actual company and not desertcart (bc my refund time was up), they responded within the hour and they immediately put a new one in the mail no questions asked. They had it fed-exed to me and it was here two days later. Their customer service is top tier 10/10 and I will continue to do business with them. I got two chairs in the brown "leather." They are good looking, comfortable, and easy to assemble. I needed something inexpensive but dignified and sturdy. The design is versatile. When attaching the legs, note that there are two lengths for the front legs and the back legs. I made this mistake and contacted the support line and received good help via email and texts.
