Taking a bath is one of my MUST when it comes to my self care. I bought one of these lights just to SEE if I would like it in the bath tub…This is one of THE BEST purchases I’ve made all 2023. It’s changed the game for my self care days. Now I have to set the timer just so I don’t soak for too long. I can set the mood for however I’m feeling that evening or morning. I can change the brightness of the light depending on how much I want. It’s easy to clean off. It has a great battery life and charges quickly. This is a great gift idea. And I believe they’re versatile and can be used for more than just pools/hot tubs/baths etc. My only recommendation is that they find a different area for the charge because when I first got it, I couldn’t find where to plug in the charger at all. Bought it to play with in the pool and use as accent lighting. Excellent for a pool/ game of catch at the beach at night. It floats, it glows, the battery lasts quite a while. It's definitely bright enough to be seen from far away and give off a pleasant glow. It is however not bright enough to be used as accent lighting. With the dimmer it could be a great night light for a kid.
