Review: Great Product - Extra Great Support - This product really fixed a “hole” in my audio video system. I am what some would describe as an audiophile and am very picky about audio quality. I spent way too much money on an AV Receiver that has a well regarded reputation for audio. It probably does have better than average audio for its class, but it wasn’t as good as my two-channel audio system. So I decided to route audio and video to the AV Receiver via HDMI, but I routed audio from all my video gear to my stereo receiver. Except my Roku Ultra is unequipped with RCA ports so this is where this very cool AVI product steps in to provide the RCA ports that I need. It accepts HDMI in from the ROKU and routs HDMI out to my AV Receiver and extracts audio which I can route to my Stereo Receiver. So Voila! Now I have Great Sound from all my video components! And the extra set of speakers (Spendors!) I had to keep around just for the Roku can now be put to better use elsewhere. And I have to add great support from the company. They answered a tech question I had late on a Saturday night. Wow, how cool was that!
