Usually I would just take a Schuko adapter and plug in my existing 3-prong cord, but decided to get this so I wouldn’t have to use the Schuko every time. Also because my Schuko adapter is not grounded, and I wanted to have a grounded connection.The “Mickey Mouse” (yes that’s what it’s called) end for fine into my Dell laptop charger, and the business end for fine into every EU outlet I used. Kept my laptop charged just fine over the week I used it.
