Review: excellent quality - this is a very nice pot. the tri-ply is pretty standard on any decent pot/pan so the heating is good without getting a really pronounced hot spot on the bottom. the heft is really nice and has a really good feel to it. the handle is hollow and doesnt get as hot as a solid handle does and the handle is riveted on, like on higher end cook wear. this is my goto pot for everything that will fit in it. great for reheating left overs since microwave use is now being deemed as a risk. i use a lot of other more expensive cook wear...dont think i can name names on a review without it getting rejected, so ill just say that the quality of this pot is on par with any more expensive brand. the durability is great and the 2 quart size is perfect. i have been using a 1.5 qt pot and it is a bit small and the 3 qt is too big...this pot definitely hits the goldilocks zone.
