I'm not fond of the flavor, they really don't taste like "apple" to me, but that could be just my tastebuds. They are a much firmer gummy than most I've tried-- I don't know if they are supposed to be harder to chew or if the ones I received were a little stale. They weren't rock-hard, but chewing them took some effort. Also, the gummies do NOT contain regular sugar. They do, however, contain sugar alcohols: Maltitol (which is also found in some laxatives), Xylitol, and Erythritol. This could be a problem for some people. I think the cost/value ratio was in the "okay" range. My opinion & experience only.
