I have a very large upper body and workout a lot, but I also happen to have a bit of a belly. I ordered the 3XL after reading a few reviews and am very happy to say that it was just a touch too big. However I felt that if I ordered a 2XL it would have been too small. My solution after doing a lot of online research was to throw it in my dryer for about 30 minutes. I've worn it several times since and it seems to fit absolutely perfect after shrinking just ever so slightly. I am extremely pleased with this vest and hope that this review helps the way that other reviews helped me.
