I'm a 36 DD, size 6, 160. I ordered a large. The top fits really well. Everything stayed put even when testing it out standing all directions on a boat going full speed. The bottom is tighter than expected and way more coverage than expected. It cuts in a little on my cheeks but I'm okay with that. If I went bigger, the top part wouldn't fit right. I dont have enough to tie in a bow so I just knot it. Poor choice on the manufacturer's part to put white cups in the suit. They dont poke out often but it would be extremely obvious if they did.
