Review: Does the job, but warpes - Although I've enjoyed using the pan and it's actually worked quite well, it started warping from the first use and is now completely unbalanced on the stove top. I guess it wouldn't be a big deal if you're using it on a gas stove, but as mine is ceramic, it wobbles around, heats unevenly and is incredibly frustrating to cook with now.

Although I've enjoyed using the pan and it's actually worked quite well, it started warping from the first use and is now completely unbalanced on the stove top. Great, excellent quality pan. This 12" SS pan is much lighter then my 10-in SS copper bottom pan. Using it on an electric cooktop with 7inch burners it heats up fast and evenly!!! The lid is amazing quality, sounds silly to be excited about a pan lid but You got to see it and feel it to understand how good it is... I cooked a pizza as big as the entire bottom of the pan, no hot spots cooked completely and evenly, didn't burn anything.. AMAZING.. Couple pictures of the burners I'm using to compare with the size of the pan, it heats and cooks EVENLY on this tiny 7-inch burner.. woohoóo😃 It's a bargain. Things don't stick if you know how to cook on stainless steel. Buy it, you will be stoked.....
