Possibly something broke internally. Hoping customer service will help and I can remove this review. Review: NICE and feels Future Proof for at least the next year - This switch is awesome! To be honest, I only have Gig Internet, so I bought this to be ready for the near future. It doesn't need any management, it just does it's thing and works well. I was actually have some issues with my desktop losing bandwidth going up and down to the point I had to reboot the Ethernet drivers all the time. Since I added this switch, I haven't had any of those issues!
