This was a gift for my grandson and he loves it

No sim included. Description says sim comes with the watch. There is no sim on the content list.

I was really excited about this. I purchased it for my son’s 8th birthday. He was taking the bus for the first time and we were both a little nervous. This way he felt more connected to me and I felt that I would be able to keep track of him since the watch has GPS. The problem is I couldn’t get it to connect to the network. It came with a sim, I purchased the plan. It was $5 a month for what I needed the watch to do and not once did it ever work. I emailed tech support which is in another country. I know it’s normal, it took a couple days for them to respond. They did sort of try to help me. They kept telling me what to do and I was doing that and it wouldn’t work. I even watched a YouTube video on how to do it but sadly his watch never worked. 2 months of back and forth for nothing. Now he does like to play the pre installed games and wear it as a normal watch but I purchased it for it’s smart watch GPS features. For the price I should have known it wasn’t going to work. I went to the phone store and spent the money and got him one that actually works.

Instructions were terrible -- had to watch utube videos to understand how to download smartcard and functions of watch. Speedtalk mobile did not work in my area even though map showed it would. Terribly disappointed in product.

The description says the watch comes with a SIM card, but not SIM card in the package!!

Do not buy this product thing works like garbage then the app that they give you to track your children with doesn’t even work 10% of the time

Its okay, not worth much unless you get the monthly subscription
