Fold Flat Comfort...real flat, real comfort.
Just light enough for my one man bicycle camping expeditions. This is in every way an excellent stool. Good hight, comfortable, sturdy and folds smaller than my laptop! I am happy to sacrifice 'shaving weight off' for a very useful, good quality camping stool that easily fits in my panniers. At nearly 70, my knees really appreciate this after a day's cycle touring...If only it was available in titanium, like my cookware...."Sigh".Don't hesitate, buy this with confidence.

Great sturdy item
Very sturdy stool that folds brilliantly flat for easy transport and storage. I’m keeping mine in the car so it’s easy to grab when I’m going out on a long dog walk. Needs to be placed on solid surface or else the thin legs go down into the ground but other than that it’s great.

Too heavy for travel, good for camping and home use
I purchased this stool hoping I'd be able to attach it to my luggage for the airport or when out and about. I looked at the weight description before buying and didn't realise how heavy that actually is. It's certainly lightweight, and perfect for backpacking/camping etc, but still too heavy for travelling by air if you are close to your weight limit. It's compact when in the bag, easy to put up, takes weight very well. It's definitely handy for the home as it's so easy to store and pull out when needing that extra seat. For the moment, I'm using it as a footstool. I'm not sure why it has several holes to connect it together, since you can only connect it on the last one. Otherwise, it's a well-thought-out product and perfect if you want it for camping or the home. (Don't stand on it though, it would topple as it's not meant for that).

The stool is very sturdy, well made.
Overall I am very happy with this camping/sports stool. It is a little heavier than my usual aluminium tubular types. It takes a little time to get used to if you usually use the square or triangular types. I prefer this one now as I am a mobile therapist and it looks better and more professional than the other types.

Convenient for country walks
I remember this type of stool way back when I was a child (over 50 now). My parents got them for the caravan we had. This is a testament to the design that they are still available in this form. They are extremely convenient folding up enough to easily fit in a messenger bag or rucksack when I go on a walk. Great for a seat during a breather. I have also used them for picnics. The seat is nice and wide, which means its comfortable. It is quite low to the ground so tall people may find it a little uncomfortable after a while, but ideal for me (5’8”).

Folds up really small.
I love that this packs up so small and fits in a small day pack. Great bit of design. So easy to set up. For me (old with a bad back) it's just a little low to use for extended periods but I'm adding an inflatable pillow to raise the seating hight a few cm which will do the trick. Great value, I'm really pleased with it.

Seems good
Folds down small, not too heavy, bought for when I'm hiking. Not tried it yet on a hike, but seems sturdy enough.

Could do with stronger reinforcement round the pressure points
Haven't used it yet but the stitching and reinforcements around pressure points doesn't look that strong. I guess time will tell.
