I'm a long time cup user and this is to replace a very well-known brand cup that's simply worn out with years of use, so I am already confident about what size I'll need and how to use a cup. I was interested in trying a TPE cup since they're supposed to form to your body's shape. I also wanted a slightly softer cup than my previous brand to help my reactive bladder. The Oi cup is extremely comfortable and easy to insert. I've read softer cups can be more challenging, but had no issues. I haven't even needed to trim the stem, although I expected to cut the stem short like I have in the past. I just don't feel it. I only wish it was available in a color other than pink!I'm very glad they make a truly small version - too many of the cups we looked at (and there are so many now!) have only two sizes with barely any difference in diameter for young teens. My daughter's cup had a tear at the very base of the stem when it arrived. Although we could have simply cut the stem off completely, this might not have been a good option for her. I reached out to the company via email and they immediately shipped us a new cup.We also appreciate their organic product line of pads and tampons for girls with lighter flows and smaller bodies! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer Service Above and Beyond *by K*** on Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2018* When I contacted the company/seller with a quality question about the product I received, I was blown away by their GREAT customer service. It was explained to me that the item in question had a naturally occurring mini physical blemish, but the product itself was fine to use. Just to make sure I was extra happy, they sent me a new one for no charge, and some bonus full size products to try. I ended up ordering more from them because of this.
