Usually near my monthly cycle or if I go to bed without washing my face. This cleanser is gently for my close-to-menopause skin and will stop a blemish from getting worse, often gone within a day after using. I use morning and night. I enjoy the very light citrusy scent. I saw some reviews said the scent was too strong. I usually can’t handle a scent on any skin or hair product unless it’s essential oils or botanically derived. I honestly can’t tell, because i think the full list of ingredients are written in Korean, but it does not bother me at all so i think the scent may be from orange and/or lemon essential oils.
