Much, much better than the real thing. As we don’t bother with putting up a Christmas tree anymore, then these are first class for creating a lovely Christmas/festive feel. We bought these beautiful deep red candles to be used only at Christmas time. When Christmas is over they’ll go back into their box and put safely away for next Christmas. But we also bought the same set in cream colour which we’ll use throughout winter. Both sets of these candles are beautiful. No more will we ever use the real candles, no way. Love the timer feature on these candles. No messy wax, no risk of a house fire and no having to look at a burnt candle the morning after with an ugly, stumpy burnt wick. Those days rare gone forever in our household. Excellent service from the seller and candles were very well packed. We’ll definitely be buying more of these beautiful candles for other rooms in our house.
