**Q: What tools will i need in order to assemble this item.**
A: I am very sorry, I  never managed to assemble this item. It needed more than one pair of hands! One day I will find a professional to fix it!

**Q: What is the diameter of the tubes? Will the horizontal support tube slide under my divan bed?**
A: Tube dia. Is 20mm so providing their is 25-30mm clearance between divan and floor it will slide under ok .

**Q: My husband is 17st weight was wondering if this would be strong enough to pull himself up with**
A: My husband is 16st and he uses it. Its quite substantial. i think you just need to position it to suit your needs. Hubby uses it sideways because his left side doesnt work. Good support if you are unsteady. It can be tucked underneath the sofa for extra support.

**Q: Surely this must tilt when pulling it back to get out of a chair.**
A: We use it for leaning down on. It might tip if pulled hard although the feet are long enough to make it pretty stable. Not easy to construct, took 2 of us .

This riser is excellent, it is light enough to carry around and to store and very confident when having to get down to floor level. The only improvement could be a spanner for the nuts when assembling as the nearest I could use was a adjustable one, but we'll recommended for the elderly and would not be without it now
