This fits the bill for carrying a Smartphone with car key / house keys / bank card / bluetooth earphone whilst leaving hands free and pockets bulging. The head phone cord hole is a plus. Earphones can easily thread through. More importantly, it does not slip down your arm while out jogging.  The arm-band is adjustable and comfortable to wear on the arm with a lot of leeway for adjustment so should easily fit everyone. It is also flexible enough to grip tiny arm and also the wrist really well. The strap is extremely strong. It doesn't move down your arm and it sits well, even after an hour-and-a-half running on the treadmill.  The arm brace features microfibres to make the interior feel soft, whilst keeping skin dry. It is much more comfortable than those see-through-front arm bag. Useful armband for when you're out and about, running, biking, hiking and horseback riding. Great addition to workouts for those who do a variety of cardiovascular, cycling, core and weights at the gym. The bag allows you to listen to music, or recordings while storing locker keys and inhaler etc.  Important: do not wash in hot because the elastic strap will deform and will not secure very well.  Problems with others: The Velcro strap is too small to fit around your arm. Restricts movement in the arm and nearly cut the circulation off in your arm. Slips out of place whilst running and constant pulling the armband up to the place you want it. The stiching around the pocket came apart.
