If you struggle with large pills, these are not for you. If they were half the size and you just had to take 4 of them, that would be much better. But on the whole, they're just about better than the bags of powder, because that stuff tastes pretty nasty and sticks to everything like cement! UPDATE: They now come in a pouch and not in the jar. But crucially, they are now slightly smaller which is a godsend!
