The loops are great to hold rather than wrap the band around my hands. I prefer these Resistance Bands with Loops over hand weights because they're easily portable; extremely lightweight; take up very little space (as they can be folded to lie flat or rolled up into a wad); and, provide the resistance I need to strengthen my body. Excellent quality. Non-latex (latex is a deal breaker for me). Nine loops. Comes in a nice set of Red-Medium & Green-Heavy. The product photo shows these bands with their respective box packaging & this is not what was delivered to me. I received these bands in far more cost-effective packaging consisting of a clear plastic sleeve that seals - please see my photos. This is exactly what I received - I peeled off the shipping label to remove my shipping info.
