When removing the strips from the car, use panel removing tools and a rag to prevent scratches. For the front, I started with the one towards the back on one of them. Front installation, ensure you slide the strips to the little notch on the back end of the door. Then just lightly press down. I used a rubber mallet just lightly tapping. For the back ones, I removed the plastic panel and it was easier to remove the strips from the back end. There is a screw on the back of the door to remove the plastic panel. Remove the screw and gently pry the panel outside from the top area.
